In my early twenties, I was a gym bunny, a serious swimmer and exceptionally strong and fit.
Then, I got sick. I lost everything overnight. Everything. All of my muscle. All of my strength and everything that I believed in.
I didn't think it would be possible to rebuild my body.
Which is when I stumbled upon Yoga, and realised that it can be whatever you need it to be.
It can be simple cardio. It can be purely strength work. It can help with emotional well-being.
